With three decades of experience as a therapist, I've helped women navigate anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and the often invisible weight of caring for everyone else.
But one of the most powerful forms of healing comes from something we don't always get enough of: being surrounded by women who truly understand what we're going through.
Perimenopause can leave you questioning your emotions, your body, your relationships, and sometimes even yourself. And when the people around you don't understand, it can feel incredibly isolating.
I created this group because there's something uniquely comforting about sitting with women who can say, "Me too. I thought I was the only one."
There's relief in not having to explain yourself. In sharing experiences, laughing about the absurdities, talking honestly about the hard parts, and realizing that what you're experiencing isn't yours to carry alone.
My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, professionally guided space where women can connect, feel understood, and support one another through this often-overlooked chapter of life.
Because sometimes what we need most isn't another piece of advice. It's knowing we're not alone.
You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone.
There's something powerful about being in a room with women who understand exactly what you're going through.
Come as you are. Share what you're comfortable sharing. Find support, connection, and a little more peace.
Your next chapter deserves community.
Join us beginning November 17, 2026.
